Tóm tắt Evaluation of method precision revealed that the estimated standard deviation at HPC was smaller than the manufacturer's declared value ( =0.0528 < 0.06= ; =0.0536 < 0.06= ), confirming the precision for HPC. The coefficient of variation (CV%) for LPC was smaller than the UVL value ( =4.55 < 4.75=UVL; =4.55 < 4.75=UVL), hence confirming the precision for LPC. Accuracy assessment showed PPA, NPA, OPA=100%, ̅ SD of LPC and HPC falling within the manufacturer's recommended range across runs. Linearity assessment indicated =0.99, slope=0.92, confirming the method's linearity. 2. HBV DNA load exhibits a weak linear correlation with HBcrAg concentration in the patient group with HBV DNA load above the quantification threshold (r = 0.27, p < 0.05). The correlation between HBV DNA load and HBcrAg concentration in the untreated group (r = 0.59, p < 0.05) is stronger than in the group treated with antiviral drugs (r = 0.48, p < 0.05)
