Tóm tắt Most patients were over 60 years old, with 72.78% receiving an initial dose between 20–30 mg/kg. The mean Cpeak was 61.96 ± 18.55 mg/L, and the mean Ctrough was 1.34 ± 0.85 mg/L. Only 39.29% of patients required dose adjustments after TDM. Factors significantly influencing Cpeak included weight, creatinine clearance before using amikacin, cirrhosis, and dose/weight.
