Tóm tắt	The mean total AIAS score was 93.27 ± 19.03, with learning anxiety showing the highest mean score (30.99 ± 10.15). The mean total scores for the AILQ and SA-TAI scale were 110.33 ± 13.30 and 87.39 ± 11.44. Several factors, including younger age, academic year, participation in AI training, use of ChatGPT and Gemini, and purpose using AI, daily use of technological devices were significant-ly associated with AI anxiety. AI literacy showed a weak positive correlation with p < 0.05. Positive attitudes toward AI were identified as a significant positive pre-dictor of AI anxiety (β = 0.216, 95% CI, p = 0.001).
