Tóm tắt Studying 175 patients (101 males), with an average age of 61.9±15.5 years old. Of those, 121 patients were diagnosed with related symptoms. Most patients had other preadmission comorbidities (86.9%), in which, hypertension, diabetes, and CVD were the most prevalent. The severity of admission was mild disease in 145, severe in 24, and critical in 6 cases. Predictors of becoming critical conditions include the increasing value of D-dimer and the lengthening value of APTT. X-ray findings showed most common images were ground-glass opacities and pleural thickening (41.7% and 29.1%). The case fatality rate was 4/175 (2.3%).
